WorkHealth

The Victorian State Government is getting behind employee health and wellbeing by contributing more than $220 million over the next 5 years towards the delivery of employee health checks and health management programs at the worksite.

If you are a Victorian employer, or have employees in Victoria, then Springboard can support you to take advantage of the WorkHealth program funding model to support your health and wellbeing objectives in the workplace.

What Is WorkHealth?

WorkHealth is a landmark initiative sponsored by the Victorian State Government offering all Victorian employers the opportunity to deliver voluntary health and wellbeing programs in the workplace that improve employee health and reduce the burden of chronic disease.

These one-on-one health checks are delivered by Springboard's tertiary qualified and quality trained health professionals in 15-minute intervals at your worksite. The assessments are completely confidential and allow the employee to better understand their health risks and health status across a broad range of parameters.
