Successes And Challenges
The 2009 Working Well global survey analysed responses for more than 600 organisations (representing
more than 10 million employees worldwide) in relation to their strategies around employee health and
wellbeing. The results found that between 50%-60% of employers have no measurement tools in place to
determine if their wellness program has actually had a positive impact. This suggests that many organisations have little idea whether their wellness programs are actually achieving their objectives or
realising any financial or performance-related benefits.
