Employee Engagement
Springboard knows that one of the most critical success factors in any health and wellbeing program is the ability to positively engage staff and encourage participation. This is particularly the case for those employees who need it most (such as those with high health risks) or those who don’t typically get involved in health activities (the I can’t or I won’t employees). After all, it is often these employees who are costing the organisation the most in terms of lost productivity, increased absence and poor job satisfaction as a result of poor health.
To achieve this Springboard prescribes to the Prochaska transtheoretical or ‘Stages of Change’ model and are experts at applying positive psychology techniques within promotional and program marketing material which pro-actively motivates employees to participate. Strong use of existing communications channels is also used to ensure thorough awareness of the program across the entire employee network.
To further engage employees all health and wellbeing programs are fully branded to ensure strong identity and familiarity across the employee population.
