Company Reporting

Springboard understands that workplace health programs need to be more than ‘just nice to haves', that they need to form part of the organisational strategy for improved performance. Consequently it is important to provide the necessary reporting metrics to inform senior leaders of the value contribution of corporate health investments towards business performance gains.

Springboard achieves this through the provision of sophisticated business reports on 2 levels:

1. Monthly Summary Reports

Includes details on:

  • Delivery locations, dates etc
  • Attendance data
  • Breakdown of program delivery activities, including activity specific participation rates
  • Results of staff satisfaction feedback

2. Company Aggregate Health Report

Includes details on:

Health Data

  • Anonymous aggregated results of assessments
  • Presentation of the results of assessments i.e. prevalence and severity of health risks across the entire participating population and segmented populations
  • Analysis of specific populations at risk
  • Analysis of number of referrals provided to staff
  • Recommendations for targeted activities/interventions based on health status data

Operational

  • Quantification of  the impact of poor employee health on productivity levels, absence patterns etc

Financial

  • Measurement of the impact of poor employee health on bottom line performance including lost productivity, absence and job satisfaction
  • Return on investment calculation at specified intervals e.g. 12 monthly
